Kerrie's Cherries is a small family orchard at Yundi on the Fleurieu, and the name is slightly misleading in a way worth knowing before you drive out: the cherries here are sold at the shed door, while the pick-your-own is raspberries and blackberries at the peak of the berry season.
Cherries are available from mid December to mid January, but as shed door sales rather than picking.
Berry picking has been reported at $5 per person plus $5 per punnet, with children under 5 free; the farm publishes no official pricing, so confirm when you call. Recent seasons opened around 21 December, 10am to 5pm, seven days. The patch is small with variable hours and the farm has no website, so its Facebook page is the only reliable source of opening news.
Pro tip: come for the berries and buy the cherries at the shed; that is the way this farm actually works.
