About This Farm
Kafarela's Vineyard has been farmed by the same family since 1944, seven hectares on the Great Northern Highway at Herne Hill grown on biodynamic principles. The shopfront trades year round on figs, seedless grapes, jams and grape juice, and picking opens in season.

Good to Know
Picking is offered in season only, while the shopfront trades year round. Published hours differ between sources, showing weekends 9am to 5pm on the tourism listing and Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm in the produce trail brochure, so phone ahead before making the trip.
Pro tip: figs and grapes overlap in February, which is the best single visit of the year here.
