About This Farm
Grapes on Swan is a small family-run vineyard located in the heart of the Swan Valley, operated by the welcoming Kljuce family - Mum (Baba), Dad (Diddy), Vinka (Teta), Denis, Ivan, and Rachel. The family has earned a devoted following for its grapes, friendly atmosphere and low prices.
What You Can Pick
During grape season from January through March, the vineyard offers pick-your-own red flame and green seedless grapes at $7/kg. Visitors consistently praise the freshness and sweetness of the fruit.

The vineyard features beautiful shaded rows so you can pick comfortably without being in the hot sun. It's the perfect way to spend a summer morning with family.
What Else is Available
In addition to pick-your-own grapes, the farm offers:
- Honey jars - $12 each, pure local honey
- Rockmelons - $3 each when in season
- Food vendors on-site - ice cream and refreshments available
Good to Know
Free entry with a $7 minimum spend. Open daily in early January, then weekends through the rest of the season, 8:30am to 4:30pm. No bookings needed - just walk in! The vineyard is pet friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs.
BYO bags and scissors for picking. Cash only. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac off West Swan Road.
Pro tip: The owners are known for being exceptionally friendly. Get in early to choose the best bunches; word has spread about this family vineyard.
