H&N Strawberries Farm

H&N Strawberries Farm is a popular pick-your-own strawberry farm in Gnangara, just 40 minutes north of Perth CBD. Run by Peter and the team, this family-friendly farm offers weekend strawberry picking during the spring and summer season, with big, sweet berries grown without insecticides.

What You Can Pick

The farm specialises in pick-your-own strawberries during the season:

• Strawberries – September through late December

The strawberries are known for being big, juicy, and sweet. Visitors note there are sometimes bugs on the berries – a sign that no insecticides are used, which many appreciate! You can taste strawberries while you pick, making it a fun experience for the whole family.

Pricing

No entry fee – you simply purchase a box:

• Pick your own box – $20 for 3-3.5kg
• Pre-picked boxes – $25 for 3kg
• Each box permits up to 4 people to enter the picking field

The farm provides boxes – please don't bring your own containers. Be sure your box can close; overfilling (more than 4kg) will incur additional charges. Cash and Eftpos accepted.

Good to Know

Open Saturdays and Sundays only, 8am to 4pm during the strawberry season (typically September to late December). No booking required – just show up! Only pick in allocated areas as directed by staff.

Remember to slip, slop, slap – wear proper outdoor clothing, sunscreen, and a hat. Supervise children at all times in the picking field.

Pro tip: Arrive early in the morning to beat the heat and get the pick of the ripest berries. The farm closes for the season around late December, so check their Facebook page for current availability before making the trip.
